New reports reflect that Ukraine destroyed a 40 car fuel train coming from Crimea.  Destroying all the tank cars and a substantial amount of track.  HIMARS rersponsible for a good part of the damage.  If the area is in range of HIMARS repair of the track bed and rail line is bound to be difficult.
