There's an unconfirmed photo on Twitter purporting to show the only Pantsir in Chechnya hightailing it out of Grozny, referencing the evacuation of the Buk that was suspected of downing MH-17.

Four undersea telecom cables connecting Finland to nations across the Baltic Sea have been disrupted, with vessels linked to Russia/China in the vicinity.  Following a disruption in service of an electrical power cable between Estonia and Finland, a rapid response unit from the Helsinki Police boarded the ship from a military helicopter while the ship still had its anchors in the water (from dragging across the cables).
