I think Green and Papa are still walk-ons this year. The new rules (limit of 15) may force KP to choose between them if Miles shows interest in Stanford.
 
This would not be as if Stanford is rescinding a scholie from a S-A that already has one. It is a S-A that does not have a scholie still not having one and new NCAA rules preventing them from being on the team. 

Of course, this is assuming that Green nor Papa were promised to be on scholie next year.
