Don't disagree that there's a chance, but, if her goal is a championship, she will want to go to a team where the pieces are already in place and not go to a team that may or may not be able to get other pieces in place.
Who's out there that can join her at TCU to have a team that can beat UCLA, Yukon, SoCar? They'll need to get at least 2 more players of her caliber to make a run.
If she wants a championship, it's safer to go to a team where she already knows what pieces will be in place.
