I thought there were only two (as noted in your initial post re: the topic): Colorado and Miami.
To clarify, this team has won a division crown in its history, just not in the 32 years since Colorado and Miami were added.

Ah-ha. My guess is Pittsburgh. They have been terrible for a long, long time. Their only postseason game that I can remember in the last several decades was the one that Bumgarner won for SF with a big assist from Brandon Crawford.
