A little bit hard to take them seriously when they write “Even more noticeable is the ginormous sail” and have a subhead that reads “ Needing A Bigger Boat”.  I’ll admit having giggled a little at the pop culture references, but we are talking about nuclear armed submarines, are we not?

Indeed we are. I thought the graphic was pretty good though. "Needing a bigger boat" is perfectly good Subspeak. The "ginormous sail" was a bit over the top, I agree.
