How many years elapsed between the first and second pitcher in the 3000K club?

I'll pass on the other two questions as my guess was Justin Verlander which was not correct.  (I checked, and am now disqualified)

It's amazing that I've watched most members pitch in person or on TV during my lifetime.  I guess that might be a hint for the "how long" question.
