Who fanned the most times against him (30 times)?

Several long-time Giants must have faced Kershaw a lot. Maybe Posey, Belt, or Crawford?

Who has come the closest to 3,000 K’s without achieving the milestone?  He is no longer an active player.  

Lolich was mentioned earlier in this thread -- is it him? If not, then maybe Glavine or Greinke?

Anyone want to hazard a guess on the pitchers who reached 3000 strikeouts faster than Kershaw?

Nolan Ryan, Roger Clemens, Randy Johnson?

Randy Johnson is correct; he was the fastest to 3000 strikeouts at 2470 2/3 innings.  Ryan was close (5th fastest at 2802 innings).  Clemens was not in the top 5.
