Ok Green signed with Stanford but never played at Stanford.  He was drafted in the first round then minor league baseball
I recall he enrolled at Stanford played first year or two summer only

Although he never played baseball for Stanford, he was a student.  His agreement with Toronto was that he would play in the minor leagues in the summer and then enroll in the University in the fall.  He did not graduate, however.  Still, he is listed in the wikipedia page for Stanford University alumni.
