I believe Goose said that Ukraine had to attack infrastructure often enough to counter its getting repaired. In the last day, Ukraine attacked a gas(?) pumping station for the third time in short succession. At least some of that is being sold externally so it hurts Russia’s inxome.

Indeed. Ideally you time the attacks so that all the repairs are almost done and then you strike again , killing the repair workers and resetting the function of the target.
