My subjective impression is that there tend to be more no-hitters in September, when rosters have expanded to include minor leaguers and a lot of teams are just playing out the schedule with no particular motivation. I haven't tried to quantify that. If it's true, then there might be better than normal odds of a no-hitter in the next couple of weeks.
