Ukraine has also seemingly managed to repeat strikes frequently enough that the accumulated damage is significant enough to make repairs very time consuming. This level of attacks, if sustained, could substantially damage the Russian GDP. The lack of fuel for transport for sure reduces economic activity. Obviously expanding the set of refineries damaged is desirable, but not at the expense of letting Russia restore production at now offline refineries. Hit them again!
