Great reception tonight. I was standing at a table by myself and was surprised to have 4 players join me! They were super friendly -- Carly Amborn, Harper Peterson, Lauren Green, and Nora Ezike.
A couple of positive player health tidbits. Harper said she had surgery on her ankle/foot issue 16 weeks ago and is full go to practice now. Kate said loudly that Talana Lepolo is BACK, healthy and very happy to be participating and providing leadership.
The team will be flying charter to away games this year in larger planes that can go coast to coast without refueling. Last year they chartered, but in 30-seat planes that had to stop once to refuel when flying east and twice when flying west, making for some very time consuming and tiring trips
