Here is a stat to contemplate. The set Clemson won against Stanford is one of three sets they have won this season in conference.
Getting players to put the team's goals ahead of their own personal goals has always seemed (to me) to be one of the coach's toughest jobs. And that would have a lot to do with team chemistry, and success.
