It would seem that some library at Stanford would keep a history of Stanford publications.

SUL's Special Collections group has a few collections of sports-related memorabilia but they're limited in scope. SUL really doesn't keep a comprehensive repository/database of non-academic department/program-specific publications - those tend to be maintained locally and are subject to availability of $/bodies so YMMV depending on your field of interest. I'd guess one would need to check further with DAPER's Communications office to see what they have available. Like I was saying though, would it kill them to add links to a few historical media guides on each sport's News or History landing page?
