I was 5'6" and 139 pounds. I turned 100 five weeks ago. I am the last living MVP, the last living MLB player who played in the 1940s and the last living Philadelphia A's player. I am the last living player to have played for Connie Mack. 

I am assuming you meant “oldest living MVP”, since they are still giving the award out, there are plenty of living MVPs.
