I take a screen shot, crop appropriately, then post the image to the media area of one of my blogs. Write down the url and the pic’s dimensions in pixels. Calculate the height that is proportional to desired width in the post/actual current width. 600 is a pretty good standard width. Use the calculated hieght and the 600 width when you post the url. 

If anyone has a more efficient technique, please let me know.
