Starting five days after a new head coach is hired or announced, players will have a 15-day window to enter their names in the portal.
If memory serves, Tavita Pritchard was officially named Stanford head coach on November 28. So current Stanford players are eligible to enter the transfer portal from December 3-18. I haven't heard about anyone from Stanford entering the transfer portal, but I would welcome being fact-checked on everything above.
