BBC frequently posts articles supporting Ukraine or negative on Russia. 
This article on food prices in Russia is certainly negative

Their sample of groceries has gone up 18.6% in 2 years.

Somehow an 18% rise in grocery prices seems ... normal.  Almost expected.  I believe US prices are up ~24% since 2022 so this datapoint on it's own doesn't seem outrageously out of line.
