so Shea who had the fire in her belly to coach, left after 13 years as an assistant. Kate served as assistant coach for 20 years (albeit not all under Tara). Makes one wonder if there's a point after which it means the person really does not have the drive, interest, or skills. And Jensen at Iowa may just be an exception.
