Yes - I think this is imperative. I would also suggest they bring some high-profile former players to hear out the current players' issues.

From what has been said here and elsewhere through social media, I infer that this is a problem that the players have with the coaching staff - not an NIL issue. Money for players appears to have a minor role in this and if the relations between the players and coaches was working, I don't think we would be seeing these players in the portal.

Indeed. Not sure if this tweet will embed properly but if the allegations are true (and so far most things he's posted have seemed to have validity), it's a terrible look for Stanford and needs to be corrected by the AD:
