Have we ruled out Tara stepping in as an interim coach for a year?  Like Reich? This would stablilze the program for a year, to give us time to do a thorough search for a new coach.  I would hate to make a rash decision on a new coach, just because the portal is closing soon.

I m not at all sure a Tara reprise would stabilize anything. It won’t keep existing players as they have no idea what they will be getting in a year and it would be difficult for recruiting.  either keep Kate and commit to her or go in another direction but. O interim and accept that Tara is history
