With teams still on the course, the current standings are:

1. USC -7 (final) 
2. Stanford -6 (final)
3. Oklahoma State -5 (final)
4. Arkansas -4 (still on the course)

Stanford was led today by senior Megha Ganne who is tied for 1st overall at -4. Meja Ortengren was -2 and Kelly Xu was -1. Paula Martin Sampedro, who had been Stanford's hottest player coming into the tournament, was +1. Andrea Revuelta birdied the 1st hole and then nothing else and finished at +3.

I am a little concerned about Revuelta. It might be that this course does not suit her game. She has now played 5 medal rounds on this course with only 1 round under par. She missed 3 short putts in the final last year against Northwestern which helped her opponent win the match. I think she could use a boost of confidence on this course. 

Players have only a little bit of time today to work on things post-round before calling it a day and turning in early. Stanford will be back on the course tomorrow starting at 6:30 am which probably means a wake up call around 4:30 or 5 am. But they get to play the course at its most benign in the early morning with low wind and softer greens. 

Stanford is much better positioned than Florida, the #3 seeded team. They shot +9 and sit in 25th place out of 30 teams. Auburn, the #6 seeded team, is dead last.
