Yes, correct. Medal play also determines the individual winner.
Stanford will be on the course starting off the 1st hole at 7:40 am.
Let's take a look at their NCAA match play record:
Ganne is 4-2 with 2 unfinished. But she is 4-0 with one unfinished in her last 5 matches.
Xu is 7-1.
Martin Sampedro is 2-1 with 3 unfinished.
Ortengren is 1-2.
Revuelta is 1-1 with 1 unfinished.
Success at La Costa is determined by your play around the greens. No one has more experience playing on and reading these greens than Stanford. Let's hope they can translate that experience into made putts and won holes.
