Regionals were never going to be at Stanford this year. Course construction was always planned to go through this summer. I believe the current target is to finish by Labor Day, but based on what I've seen out there they will be hard-pressed to hit that date.

That being said, I really like the new layout. It's more challenging for the collegiate players and by moving some of the bunkers out further from the tee it's easier for us normal humans LOL

NCAA announced assignments today for the regionals in two weeks. Stanford of course is assigned to the Stanford regional at TPC Harding Park. In fact, they are the 2nd seed. But it will be a loaded regional. The top 6 teams after 54 holes of play will advance to the NCAA tournament.
