Walk-On Union Watch. Only two non-scholarship players got PT against ASU. No statistics were recorded in the game unless noted.- Safety Patrick Fields, 5th year, was one of three starting safeties, and had two tackles.
- RB Caleb Robinson, jr., had the best game of his career, coming in for an injured Casey Filkins. He had five carries for 28 yards, and two catches for 16 yards.
In addition...- WR Brycen Tremayne, a 5th year former walk-on, had five catches for 60 yards.
- P Ryan Sanborn, a senior former walk-on, had a good game, with three punts for a 43.7-yard average. His longest punt was 51 yards, two were downed inside the opponent's 20 yard-line, and none went for touchbacks.
- ILB Spencer Jorgensen, a senior former walk-on, had a tackle.
Frosh Force. Three true freshmen played against ASU. None recorded any statistics unless noted. Interestingly, neither Mudia Reuben nor Sam Roush played.- DL Jaxson Moi had another productive game, with three tackles (including a three-yard TFL) and a PBU. He has played every game this season.
- QB Ashton Daniels ran once for a yard as our wildcat QB.
- Edge Ernest Cooper made his collegiate debut, and what a debut it was! Five tackles including a four-yard sack, a solo TFL, and a shared TFL with Lance Keneley. Stud.

Lots of corrections:
- STM had a few (awful) snaps on defense.
- Aaron Armitage was hurt.
- I believe Jack Leyrer is still hurt.
- If Spencer Jorgensen having a tackle (
he only played on STs, and had that tackle on a kick return) counts, then Austin Uke and Omari Porter playing on FG Block, Bradley Archer playing on FG kick and KO return, and Mitch Leigber / Caleb Ellis / walk-on Jason Kaul all playing KO cover should also count. Scotty Edwards also worked his way onto KO cover, and walk-on Jason Thompson was the punt returner at the end of the game.
- If only playing STs DOES NOT count, then Jorgensen does not count and neither do any of these other guys.
- Speaking of Bradley Archer above, he is not hurt and has been straight-up passed by Roush at TE.
- CJ Hawkins may not have recorded any statistics, but he had a few snaps on offense. First all season, I believe.
- Mudia Reuben and Sam Roush both played a significant number of offensive snaps (17 and 19 respectively), as they have all season, and I have no idea how that wasn't reflected in the participation report.
