IIRC, the majority, if not all of the team's travel videos show them boarding/on charter jets for their trips east.

This (charter travel) isn't rocket science - beats trying to book travel for a party of 20+ on a commercial carrier by a mile.

Correct. The team is flying charter to all of its games this season. Last season, for trips to the east coast, even though the team had chartered a plane, it was smaller and had to stop to refuel. This made the trip longer and interrupted sleep/study. If memory serves, last year's planes also didn't have wifi, (or reliable wifi).

This year, they upgraded to a bigger plane so that they could fly non-stop.

Wish this could be true for all Stanford teams. WBB has it thanks to a generous donor.
