So, Bob, given the flaws you identified, why don't you draw and state the obvious conclusion? The bigs shouldn't be roaming the perimeter looking for 3 point shots. Why are the guards not trained to drive and finish or kick out? It's obvious what the problem is. By the way, it is not obvious to me that our talent level is that good. We shot 1 for 16 from deep against the Badgers; 6.6%! Pathetic, and yet Haase says that the Cardinal is a good three-point-shooting team. Perhaps so in practice and when the other team plays loose perimeter D. Not when they play tight perimeter D. To loosen up a tight perimeter D we need wings and guards that can take it to the hoop with good ball control and either kick out or finish. Do we have such? Not clear, except for Davidson transfer Michael Jones.
