By far the most problematic thing about the current NIL landscape/wasteland is how young people get exposed to a potentially toxic mix of crazed fans and gambling "insiders."
Just because we have not *yet* had the emergence of a scandal a la LaMotta or Foxcatcher doesn't mean we won't.
