Not a hard game to analyze - Louisville was simply much better
- I am not a Lepolo fan, but when she is out the guard rotation/depth collapses.
- still no identity on offense - most of it today was driving at the rim on UL overplays. Unfortunately that isn’t a team strength. It also is why the assist numbers were insanely low.
- I don’t remember a single back door basket, which is a big point to the Princeton. And that isn’t a new issue this year.
- Shay, Clardy and Ogden were decent while the rest of the team struggled. Frosh are not up to this pace yet - Somfai and Eschmeyer with only 3 points each and Swain with 6 turnovers.
- I like that Ogden shot much more today vs. the last few games.
- minus 5 in offensive rebounds.
- I really didn’t think the officials were a big issue today - you could say that they allowed a lot of handsiness which helped Louisville I guess, but it was consistent both ways and across quarters which is much, much better vs. most of our home games. The q3 Eschmeyer charge was terrible though. But we weren’t winning this with some other officials, and fouls even finished 14-12 in our favor.
