It is vital and essential to having a quality program that Kate Paye, Bernard Muir and Stanford leadership do a dispassionate, no holds bar study of why we lost her and come to agreement on what must be changed to prevent it happening again. I assume and hope we have done that .

Sometimes people just want a fresh start in a new environment.  And what is to say that the next time we pull all the stops to keep a highly touted recruit who is stuck on the bench behind two all-Conference players that said player won’t wind up a bust.
