Truthfully, ND fans are lovably depressed during losing streaks but insufferable when they’re winning. Sadly they win more than they lose so that averages out to 1.5 meteors.

I'll see your 1.5 strikes and raise it by 0.5. On second thought, I'll go with + 0.4 - if we can agree this little tidbit counts as +0.1 -
Domer QBs have lost 25 consectutive NFL starts in the last 14 seasons
I was curious about the inverse, and GoogleAI said “While there isn't a single definitive record easily found for college QB alumni winning NFL games yearly, Purdue University is often cited as having the most NFL starting QBs and wins, suggesting a very long, consistent presence of successful alumni QBs, possibly leading to a strong streak, though specific year-by-year winning streaks for all alumni in the NFL are complex to track across all schools. University of Washington, UCLA, Notre Dame, and Michigan are also strong contenders due to producing numerous NFL QBs, but Purdue's consistent QB production makes them a likely leader for alumni QBs winning games yearly.” Someone here probably knows how to find the answer better than Google - I wonder how Stanford stacks up?
