Does this request and/or the unmet demand that presumably underlies legitimize Stanford's willingness to let this pop group make brobdingnagian money by using the Stanford football stadium? I don't see it. It looks to me like an elected official is trying to endear herself with the Mexican electorate by making a grand public request to the head of another country. Shrewd of her but not probative of anything.
