Redrum:  $6.9 million is the correct figure ($2.3 million x 3 years).  Severing the relationship would require donor support because the AD does not have that kind of money.  I have heard there are several very deep pockets that may be ready to step up, if necessary.  We have not reached that point yet but it could happen.
