Good one. After showing them Lombard Street, I used to take visitors from out of state down Filbert Street. It's parallel to Lombard, two blocks over, and perfectly straight. It looks like you're about to drive off the edge of a cliff. I got more than one "don't, don't!" even though I didn't take it fast.

The hotel on Eddy where Jimmy Stewart sees the Novak character enter is now the practice football field for Sacred Heart. And the tower she jumps off at at San Luis Bautista was created by special effects in Hollywood. If you haven’t visited the Mission it’s worth a trip. Also the long eucalyptus grove on 101 (Stewart driving Kim) is still there.
