My ACC preview that I thought was a bit pessimistic might turn out to have been too optimistic. The 0-6 start I feared could realistically become 0-8 or 0-10.
Several of the previous posts (see chrisk, MV72018, burger, Card10Fan, 2006alum) could be used as the preview for the Louisville game. Or maybe it could just be, "Looks grim!".
I heard Kyle use the well-worn “deer in the headlights” excuse in his post-game press conference. Sorry, I’m not buying it. How can a team have a deer-headlights reaction after playing 13 games and against a team that is not physically dominant AND lacks its best player? Come on! We stunk it up and did not work to set up good shots. 23% from the field!!!!! Another factor could be our typically marshmallow-laden pre-conference schedule.
